By purchasing, subscribing, or downloading any content from FSH Motorsport Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules exist to protect our work and ensure a fair environment for the entire community.

1. Digital Products & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The only exception to this rule is in the event of unauthorized purchases made by a minor using a payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) that does not belong to them. In such specific legal cases, we reserve the right to evaluate and process a refund at our sole discretion.

2. Copyright, Licensing & Usage

All content provided by FSH Motorsport Studio, whether through a one-time purchase or an active subscription, is heavily protected by copyright laws.

Personal Use Only: Once you purchase a non-subscription product, it belongs to you. You are completely free to modify, edit, and tweak the files as long as it is strictly for your own personal use.

  • You may NOT share, distribute, or upload our files to third-party sites or illegal link networks.
  • You may NOT resell our content or modifications based on our content.
  • You may NOT manipulate the files for public release unless the specific product's End User License Agreement (EULA) explicitly grants you permission to do so.

3. Enforcement & Account Termination

We actively monitor and trace our files to prevent piracy. If our systems identify that a user has shared our mods or software through unauthorized channels (such as piracy forums, Discord servers, or illegal download sites), severe action will be taken.

FSH Motorsport Studio reserves the absolute right to instantly permanently block, terminate, and delete the account of any user found violating these distribution rules, completely revoking their access to all previously purchased content and subscriptions without any right to a refund.

4. General Agreements

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. By continuing to use our services and products after changes have been made, you accept the new terms.
